The WonderMonkey™ and hotjackets.com announce Cooperation Agreement

The WonderMonkey™ business of VHM, LLC and Thomas Bietz, owner of hotjackets.com, announced today that they have signed a cooperation agreement.  The agreement, which calls for each online business to provide a link to the other's website, also includes cross licensing arrangements and incentives for each party to refer business to the other.  In addition, the agreement calls for each party to provide the other with advice and support in its unique areas of expertise.

"This arrangement offers tremendous synergies for both of our businesses," said VHM Executive Director and Co-Founder Michael Koch.  "I wholeheartedly agree," answered Thomas Bietz, the man behind www.hotjackets.com, adding:  "This is the right agreement for each of us.  Each business will benefit significantly."

The WonderMonkey™ online shop opened for business on November 11, 2005, at www.thewondermonkey.com.  It is one of the businesses of VHM, LLC, the Rhode Island company formed in May 2005 by Koch, Victor Duarte and Mark Hichar.  Operating at present exclusively on the Internet, the shop sells the "WonderMonkey™" brand of sports/active wear, including cotton tank tops and cotton v-neck shirts for women; soft cotton blend boxers and mesh athletic shorts for men; and for all, soft cotton lounge pants, hats and t-shirts.  All sport the unique "WonderMonkey™" logo, a VHM trademark.

Hotjackets.com started in business in April, 2003, originally at www.track-backs.com, and since April 2004, at www.hotjackets.com.  Through his Internet Only shop, Bietz offers high quality Uniform Style NASCAR jackets as well as jackets and apparel with other logos.  Bietz offers well over 100 different jacket styles, and all offer tremendous value for the money.  "I am extremely proud of being able to provide race fans with the opportunity to 'back their favorite NASCAR driver' at about one-half of the 'track price'," said Bietz.  He added:  "I have been an avid NASCAR fan for some 30 years now.  This business allows me to mix business with pleasure, and provide consumers with something that they really enjoy."
